ABOUT ME
I’m Dr. Daniel Song, and I founded Hills Mobile Vet on a simple belief: the best place for your pet to receive medical care is exactly where they feel safest—at home.
Born and raised right here in Sydney, I’ve spent over 20 years as a vet caring for our local dogs and cats. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how much anxiety a trip to the clinic can cause. My mission is to eliminate that stress—for both you and your pet—by bringing high-level hospital expertise directly to your doorstep.
WHY CHOOSE DR DAN
Veterinary Veteran: I graduated from the University of Sydney with Honours in Veterinary Science in 2003 and served as the Hospital Superintendent at Blacktown Veterinary Hospital and as the Advising Veterinarian for Blacktown Council.
Advanced In-Home Capabilities: I didn't stop at my initial degree; I completed three additional years of postgraduate training at the CVE University of Sydney. This included Feline Medicine and Small Animal Internal Medicine as well as Sonology.

I’m not just a vet passing through; I’m a Sydney local through and through. My passion for science started early—I’m a North Sydney Boys High School alumnus where I topped the Biology curriculum—a foundation that led me to graduate from University of Sydney with Honours. Today, I’m also a local neighbor committed to providing the Hills District with the most compassionate, expert care possible.
